Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated August 4, 2026
This policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds work on Ontourage. It applies to all paid plans and is intended to give you clear, upfront information about your billing relationship with us.
Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds work on Ontourage. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms set out on this page.
If you have questions after reading this policy, contact us at billing@ontourage.io.
Subscription Billing
Ontourage offers subscription plans billed in advance. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are charged for the upcoming billing period at the time of purchase or renewal.
All fees are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Payment is processed through our payment provider at the point of purchase and at each renewal.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed every calendar month from the date your subscription begins. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period, even if you cancel during that period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year from the date your subscription begins. Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to the equivalent monthly plan. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid annual term.
Upgrading Plans
You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. When you upgrade, a prorated charge for the difference between your current plan and the new plan is calculated for the remainder of the current billing period and charged immediately.
Your new plan features take effect straight away, and your next renewal will reflect the upgraded plan's price.
Downgrading Plans
You can downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and you will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
No refund is issued for the difference in price during the current billing period; instead, the lower rate applies from your next renewal.
Cancellation Process
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting billing@ontourage.io. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not automatically refund the current period.
When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free Access plan.
Renewal Process
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. You will receive a renewal notice before each charge. If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment before suspending access to paid features.
Refund Eligibility
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase or the start of a new annual term, provided the account has not been used extensively for commercial activity during that period.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under consumer law, contact billing@ontourage.io with the details of your request.
Refunds, where approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Trial Accounts
Where Ontourage offers a free trial of a paid plan, the trial provides access to paid features for a limited time. No charge is applied during the trial period.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
Data After Cancellation
When your subscription ends, your account moves to the Free Access plan. Your tours, documents and data remain accessible within the limits of the free plan.
If you wish to permanently delete your data, you can request deletion from your account settings or by contacting support@ontourage.io. We will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Account Reactivation
If you cancel and later wish to resume a paid plan, you can reactivate your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your existing data will be waiting for you, as it is retained when you move to the Free Access plan.
Reactivation starts a new billing period and charges your payment method immediately at the current plan rate.
