Application Workflow

• Tour managers assign visa applications to travellers by name
• Travellers receive notifications and can start their own applications
• Full application form with all 408 Entertainment questions
• Document checklist generated from the visa template
• Secure vault integration — documents are linked, never duplicated
• MFA-gated access to all sensitive traveller data

Tracking & Review

• Application statuses: not started, in progress, submitted, approved, declined
• Per-document status tracking: not started, waiting, uploaded, under review, approved, rejected
• Full activity log for every application event
• Manager review dialog with approval and rejection workflows
• Reference number, submission date, approval date, and expiry tracking

Templates

• Admin-managed visa templates with required questions and documents
• Government source URL and last-reviewed date for compliance
• V1 scope restricted to Australia 408 Entertainment; full schema ready for expansion
