A collaborative, in-app workflow for completing the Australian Government's Form 956A (Appointment or Withdrawal of an Authorised Recipient) — no downloading, printing, or uploading required.

In-App PDF Viewer

• Renders the official government PDF directly in the app using pdfjs-dist
• HTML input overlays on the PDF's native form fields for direct editing
• Independent checkbox drawing — clicking one tick box never affects others sharing the same field name
• Saves the filled PDF back to the server using pdf-lib

Collaborative Signing Workflow

• Part A–C: Tour manager prepares the form with applicant and recipient details
• Part D: Applicant signs with typed full name as signature
• Part E: Organiser countersigns with typed full name as signature
• Status workflow: not started → draft → awaiting applicant signature → awaiting organiser signature → completed

Security & Audit

• Full audit log for every action: form created, prepared, applicant signed, organiser signed, PDF generated
• MFA-gated access tied to the Visa Applications module
• Generated PDF stored as a private file in the applicant's Vault
• Per-applicant RLS — travellers only see their own forms
