Access

• Restricted to Admin and Artist Manager roles only
• Hidden from all other roles in navigation and blocked on direct page access

Booking Calendar

• Month, week, and agenda views
• Artist selector to filter or view all artists at once
• Colour-coded booking statuses at a glance
• Toggle to show or hide cancelled bookings
• Click any day to see all bookings scheduled

Booking Pipeline

• Full pipeline view grouped by status: enquiry, first hold, second hold, confirmed, contracted, travel day, unavailable, personal hold, cancelled
• Visual progression from enquiry through to contracted
• Hold expiry date tracking for first and second holds
• Conflict detection — unavailable and personal holds flag scheduling clashes

Booking Lifecycle

• Comprehensive booking form capturing event details, venue, promoter, billing position, performance time, and set duration
• Financial tracking — fee amount, currency, commission, deposit amount, and deposit status
• Travel and accommodation requirement flags
• Contract, rider, and stage plot document attachments
• Internal notes (private to admins and artist managers)
• Link confirmed bookings to tours and specific tour events

• Full artist roster with profiles, management contacts, and booking agents
